Bailey Maier is an artist passionate about using his creative expression to celebrate the beauty and magic of nature and advocate for ecological sustainability.

Through sculpture, painting, and photography, he strives to capture the essence of animals and landscapes, offering intimate perspectives that highlight the wonder and fragility of the natural world. His deep connection with nature began in childhood and grew into a lifelong commitment to environmental advocacy. The more he has learned about the state of our planet’s ecosystems, the more urgently he’s felt the need to respond to the ongoing ecological destruction. This concern has become a driving force behind Bailey’s desire to use art as a tool for conservation and awareness.

After earning his Master’s Degree in Sculpture and Exhibition Design from SUNY Oswego, Bailey moved to Buffalo, New York, where he now works as the Exhibits Manager at the Buffalo Museum of Science.
